MY CARE BUDDY

My Social Buddy is a bespoke service that is offered to patients at local hospices as well as residents in care homes and supported housing.

Its a service which provides a personal buddy to spend time with those who may feel isolated and provides them with someone to chat to, play games or run errands for them. The Buddies can spend time with people in lots of different ways, the service is whatever the individuals need it to be.
